HowMuchIsItWorth.co provides automated, AI-assisted market value estimates for items you photograph. The service is provided free of charge, subject to fair-use daily limits.

2. Estimates, not appraisals

Valuations are informational estimates based on automated identification and market research. They are not certified appraisals and must not be relied upon for insurance, tax, legal, estate, or lending purposes. Actual sale prices vary with condition, authenticity, timing, and buyer demand. You are responsible for your own buying and selling decisions.

3. Acceptable use

• Only submit photos you have the right to use.
• Don't submit photos of people, or unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Don't attempt to circumvent rate limits, scrape, resell, or overload the service.
• Don't use the service to value items that are illegal to sell in your jurisdiction.

4. Authenticity

We cannot authenticate items from photos. Values assume the item is genuine unless clearly stated otherwise. Counterfeit items have no lawful resale value regardless of any estimate shown.

5. Intellectual property

The site, its content, design, and software are owned by HowMuchIsItWorth.co. You retain all rights to your photos; you grant us only the momentary license needed to process them for your valuation.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses arising from use of the service or reliance on any estimate, and our total liability shall not exceed $10.
